When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files: your IP address, the date and time of access, the pages viewed, your browser and operating system, and the referring website. We need this data to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after [7] days, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
The website is hosted by [hosting provider, address], which processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
When you confirm that you are of legal drinking age, your confirmation is stored in your browser so that you are not asked again on every visit. This does not identify you personally. Details are given in the cookie policy below.
If you write to us by email, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message in order to answer you. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete your data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Only if you give your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed most often. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future through the cookie settings. IP addresses are not stored in Google Analytics 4. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is deleted after 14 months.
The fonts used on this website are hosted on our own server. No connection to third-party font providers is made when you visit the website.
The website contains links to our online boutique at shop.boll-cie.com, to Instagram and to our distributors. We do not embed social media plug-ins; data is only transmitted to these services when you follow a link. Their own privacy policies then apply.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, such as our hosting provider. Where data is transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an adequate level of protection, for example through the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the right to access your personal data and to have it rectified, erased or restricted, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@boll-cie.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In France, this is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), www.cnil.fr.
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
